Art de los Santos, Project Manager

With over 25 years of industry experience, Art is involved in each project phase from the initial programming stages to as-built drawings. He is responsible for project management, daily coordination of DGL staff, project consultants, and client contact. With his expertise ranging from planning and design to construction documentation and construction administration, Art facilitated in the formulation of DGL's Project Delivery System, which provides an efficient process for design delivery.

Prior to joining DGL, Art has been associated with several architectural and design-build firms, and most recently, was Director of Architecture for a national homebuilder. A DGL team member since 2002, Art studied at the University of Maryland School of Architecture, and is currently involved with projects in California, Oregon, and Arizona.
