Seth Simmons, Design-Build Project Manager

As Project Manager of Devenney Group's subsidiary company, PDR, Seth provides leadership and direction for all design-build operations, program management, and condition assessment services.

With more than 21 years of experience in the construction industry (both direct field and subcontractor management), Seth has managed over forty projects - all completed on time and within budget.

Seth has been a member of Devenney Group since 2006.
