Anthony Loscavio, CEO, PDR

As Director of Design Build, Anthony heads up Devenney Group’s affiliate company, Project Development Resources (PDR).He directs all assets of PDR, including construction management, finance management, and consulting. Anthony possesses a unique understanding of both design and construction processes, and is known for his ability to comprehend challenges and devise simple, effective solutions. Anthony has been responsible for management of approximately $500M of healthcare and process facilities, all completed under his direct supervision and charge.

Anthony received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology from California Polytechnic State University, and has been with DGL/PDR since 2003.
